THE WEEKEND WARRIOR
This 1 day, budget-friendly makeover service is perfect for a client that already has much of their space complete but may need extra help picking out curtains, rugs, bedding, mirrors, etc. This package differs from the Matte Finish because we will only be updating the selected rooms (2 room max) through minor aesthetic changes. No major furnishing purchases will be made, nor will any painting or renovations be done. This service will be performed in 2 phases.
Phase 1 - Shopping
I, or we can go shopping to purchase all of the items needed for your space. Due to this being a 1-day makeover, items will be purchased locally. I will prepare a pre-selected list of stores before the shopping trip to minimize the amount of time spent shopping.
Phase 2 - Installation
Once all items have been purchased, I will then return to your space and begin your makeover.
THE MATTE FINISH
This service is perfect for clients who are looking to redecorate their space by using existing items or purchasing new furnishings that can be sourced locally or found online to update their space. This may be achieved by updating pillows, curtains, paint, accessories, etc. Please note this will not be a full redesign, we will be mostly using your existing furniture along with any new furnishings and accessories purchased to put a twist on your current design and provide you with the perfect Matte Finish.
This service is a full-scale design service for clients with a blank canvas or clients who are looking for a fresh start. I will develop a tailored look specifically for your space. I will be responsible for designing the entire requested area, along with space planning, sourcing furniture, choosing paint colors, curtains, furnishings, art, accessories, etc. I will manage the entire design process from procurement to installation, while also supporting any hired contractors.
During the consultation, I will tour your space while taking premeasurements and making any notes needed regarding the space. We will also discuss the following:
*Vision - What is your vision for your space? What functional needs will be required for your space? i.e. family area, child friendly, pet friendly, etc. If you find yourself stuck, don't worry I'm here to help develop the space for you.
*Service Requested - (Please see services offered)
*Budget -At the conclusion of the consultation, we will discuss your budget and establish if the budget will align with your vision. This will allow me to create a look based upon clearly defined realistic guidelines. Note, all final design fees are determined after our consultation and will be presented to you in your personalized design plan.
This plan will contain a concept board that I have created for your space, along with a cost estimation sheet that will list estimated cost of items and services needed to bring our vision to life. We will schedule a follow up meeting to review this packet, discuss optional payment plans, and sign all documents necessary to begin work on the project.
