Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Refunds and or exchanges will be processed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be processed for items that were purchased at regular price. Sale items or items purchased with a promo code are not eligible for a refund. If any item is received damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and a detailed description of the damage; upon approval, a replacement of equal value will be sent to you.
